That’s done. Now here’s what we really want. A grind it out, do the dirty work type that will consistently complete daily/weekly/monthly prospecting activities. You strive to help your Business Development team by warming up leads.

Acro Media is looking for a confident and organized Business Development team mate.
The successful candidate will be able to:
Develop and execute on Account Based Marketing (AMB) strategies as directed by Marketing and Business Development teams
Fulfill activities quotas as directed on a weekly basis via: email campaigns, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
Tracking prospect activities via HubSpot CRM daily
Booking first calls and preparing briefing notes for BD’s prior
Develop how-to / training materials to on-board future ABM specialists
Learn ABM tools: Demand Base & Datanyze to qualify target accounts
Develop content for ABM outreach
Research verticals and strategies as directed
Learn technologies and typical ecomm “pain points”
Can self motivate and keep themselves disciplined
Build strong rapport with team mates prospects via phone, email, and in person
Actively hunt for new leads and potential clients
Can handle rejection and not let it affect their work
Collaborate and work well in a team environment
Execute on direction
Relative Skills & Experience:
A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development
Proficiency with Sales Systems ie: Sandler Training
Industry related experience: Web Development, Ecommerce, and/or Digital Marketing
Comfortable with CRM software, Hubspot a plus

We pay for all approved OT, in fact, we pay for all overtime right after our short 7 hour work day...not that we want everyone working so hard, but with the natural ebb and flow of our industry sometimes it's needed to blast out the OT in order to keep our heads above water. We find this little pay cheque nugget is a nice reward for the over timerz.

SPARC Events: Sometimes we have an in-house breakfast, team building events, (less corny than it sounds), competitions, or just a plain little reward for no reason. It's a little spark in our usually normal days. Warning, we make you wear costumes. Often.
